
Christina Wei-Sei Tsang-Reveche is the Founder and Principal Advisor of Sei Advisory, a consulting firm focused on leadership effectiveness, organizational adaptability, and navigating complexity in modern organizations.
Drawing on more than 30 years of experience across technology, investment management, and process transformation, Christina helps leaders strengthen their ability to make decisions, lead change, and build adaptive organizations in increasingly dynamic environments. Her work combines executive experience, systems thinking, and doctoral research to help organizations move beyond reactive leadership and develop the capabilities needed to thrive amid uncertainty.
Christina is a doctoral candidate at the USC Rossier School of Education, where her research examines the relationship between mindful leadership and organizational adaptability. Her academic work informs her consulting practice, providing clients with an evidence-based, deeply reflective approach to leadership and organizational development. Christina holds an MBA degree from the USC Marshall School of Business and a BS degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona, with a major in Computer Information Systems. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
In addition to her work with Sei Advisory, Christina is also the co-founder of azendea, a lifestyle and wellness studio dedicated to helping people flourish through thoughtful reflections, purposeful plants, everyday rituals, and meaningful gatherings. A Certified Aromatherapist and writer, Christina brings together perspectives from leadership, aromatherapy, and holistic well-being to create simple, intentional practices for everyday life. This work reflects the same belief that shapes Sei Advisory: that awareness comes before meaningful change. Whether helping individuals cultivate greater presence in their personal lives or helping leaders navigate organizational complexity, Christina believes that flourishing begins with intentional living and grows through clarity, adaptability, and purposeful action.
