With over two decades of experience spanning global investment firms, technology organizations, and enterprise change management, Christina brings a rare blend of strategic insight, analytical depth, and human-centered leadership. She has held senior roles at investment management and technology companies, leading transformative technology, data, and organizational initiatives that delivered lasting business impact.
Christina is currently a doctoral student at the USC Rossier School of Education, where her research explores the connection between mindful leadership and organizational adaptability. Her academic work informs her consulting practice, offering clients an evidence-based, deeply reflective approach to leadership and organizational development.
She holds an MBA degree from the University of Southern California and a BS degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly Pomona, with a major in Computer Information Systems. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
